Returns & Refunds policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. As this is a food item, to be eligible for a return, the item must be UNOPENED, UNUSED and in the same condition, you received it. Your item will need to have the receipt or a confirmation of purchase.

Once received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. If we are satisfied that your item meets our return requirements, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item unless the goods are faulty. The original shipping cost is also non-refundable.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 14 days

• The goods are in the original packaging

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
